Knurled Brass Insert Nut

Knurled brass threaded inserts are used to create strong and durable internal threads in plastic components. The external knurling improves retention strength between the insert and plastic, helping prevent thread stripping during repeated assembly. They are widely used in electronic housings, instruments, automotive plastic parts, home appliances, communication equipment and 3D printed parts.

We can manufacture brass inserts according to customer drawings or samples, including through-hole, blind-hole, shoulder, flange, straight knurled, helical knurled and diamond knurled designs. Brass, lead-free brass and other copper alloys are available, with RoHS-compliant materials upon request.
