Products Description

Multi-Way Cable Distribution Rail with Independent Set Screws for Panel Wiring
One rail connects several conductors in a compact row.
Every cable position works independently: insert the stripped wire into the side opening and tighten the corresponding screw from above. The linear arrangement keeps multiple conductors organized inside a panel where individual loose connectors would occupy more space.
The rail can be prepared with the exact number of cable positions required by the enclosure design.

Ground Terminal Bar With Multiple Screw Connections: Features & Installation Guide
How Is It Installed?
The rail may be fixed directly to a panel, held inside an insulated support or assembled into an electrical enclosure. Mounting holes can be located at both ends or positioned according to the customer's housing.
01
What Must Match the Cable?
The entry diameter must provide enough insertion space without leaving excessive clearance. The screw length must also create adequate contact with the conductor while remaining inside the permitted installation height.
02
Can Two Hole Sizes Be Combined?
Yes. A rail may contain a larger incoming connection and several smaller outgoing positions when this arrangement is shown on the drawing.
03
How Is It Manufactured?
Long conductive stock is cut to the required length. Cable openings and mounting features are drilled, followed by tapping of the vertical screw holes. The rail is then deburred, cleaned and assembled with individual screws.
04
What Do We Check?
Connection quantity
Center-to-center spacing
Cable-entry diameter
Thread engagement
Screw projection
End-mounting position
Sharp edges around cable openings
Electrical Responsibility
(The buyer determines the conductor range and electrical rating for the completed installation. Evaluation should consider the rail cross-section, alloy conductivity, screw pressure, contact area, operating temperature and enclosure conditions.
