Dual Installation Options
This distribution block offers two installation methods to suit different application requirements:
35mm DIN Rail Mounting
Features a built-in DIN rail clip that allows for tool-free mounting on standard 35mm DIN rails, making it ideal for installation in distribution panels and control cabinets. The clip provides a secure, vibration-resistant fit that can be easily removed and repositioned.
Panel Screw Mounting
For applications where DIN rail mounting is not available, the distribution block can be mounted directly to a panel or surface using the pre-drilled mounting holes and screws, providing a secure, permanent installation.

Wire Compatibility
Accommodates 2x16mm² solid or stranded copper wires, with a maximum rated current of 80A.
Screw Terminals
High-quality, nickel-plated screw terminals that provide a large contact area for the wires, ensuring a low-resistance connection.
Recommended Tightening Torque
1.2N·m to 1.5N·m, ensuring a secure connection without over-tightening and damaging the wire or terminal.
Stripping Length
8mm to 10mm, following the marked stripping gauge on the terminal block for optimal connection.

Installation Guidelines
Choose Installation Method: Select either DIN rail mounting or panel screw mounting based on your application requirements.
Mount the Distribution Block:
- For DIN rail mounting: Snap the distribution block onto a standard 35mm DIN rail until it clicks into place.
- For panel mounting: Secure the distribution block to the panel using the pre-drilled holes and appropriate screws.
Prepare the Wires: Strip the 16mm² wires to the recommended length of 8mm to 10mm, ensuring no damage to the conductor strands.
Insert the Wires: Insert each stripped wire into the corresponding terminal slot, ensuring the wire is fully seated against the copper conductor.
Tighten the Screws: Use a torque wrench to tighten the screws to the recommended torque of 1.2N·m to 1.5N·m.
Verify Connections: Pull gently on each wire to ensure it is securely clamped, and use a multimeter to verify continuity before restoring power.
