Our 24-circuit repeatable grounding box is a high-capacity, centralized grounding solution designed for large-scale industrial, commercial, and utility electrical systems. This box provides 24 separate grounding circuits, making it ideal for high-density installations where a large number of separate grounding points are required.
Box & Internal Specifications
Box Dimensions: 400mm (Length) x 300mm (Width) x 150mm (Height), providing ample space for 24 grounding circuits and easy wiring.
Box Material: 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, with a high-quality anti-corrosion powder coating finish, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Stainless steel 304 is also available as an option for highly corrosive environments.
Protection Class: IP54, providing complete protection against dust and water splash, suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
Internal Grounding Busbar: 3mm x 30mm high-purity electrolytic copper busbar, with a total cross-sectional area of 90mm², providing excellent current-carrying capacity and low resistance.
Terminals: 24 high-quality screw terminals, with M6 screws, providing a secure, low-resistance connection for each grounding circuit.
Wire Compatibility: Accommodates 1.5mm² to 35mm² green/yellow grounding wires.
Grounding Resistance: < 4Ω, meeting international grounding standards for low-voltage electrical systems.

Installation Guidelines
1.Mount the Box: Secure the grounding box to the wall or foundation using the pre-drilled mounting holes, ensuring it is level and firmly fixed.
2.Connect the Main Grounding Electrode: Connect the main grounding electrode wire to the box's main grounding terminal, ensuring a secure, low-resistance connection.
3.Connect the Circuit Grounding Wires: For each of the 24 circuits, strip the green/yellow grounding wire to the specified length, and connect it to the corresponding terminal in the box. Tighten the screws to the recommended torque.
4.Verify the Connection: Use a multimeter to verify the continuity between each circuit and the grounding electrode, ensuring a low-resistance connection.
5.Test the Grounding Resistance: Use a grounding resistance tester to measure the resistance of the grounding system, ensuring it is less than 4Ω, meeting the required safety standards.
