This block eliminates multiple separate terminal blocks and complex daisy-chaining, reducing panel space by approximately 55% and cutting on-site wiring time by around 50%. The short-time withstand current is 5kA for 1 second, and the torque rating is ≥1.2 N·m. Each outlet is fully independent, allowing easy isolation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

The housing is made of high flame-retardant PC with a UL94 V-0 rating, offering anti-aging and impact resistance across an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. A transparent polycarbonate cover with a laser-etched wiring diagram enables quick visual inspection and terminal identification. Terminals use a self-locking crimping structure that ensures strong contact pressure and resistance to vibration loosening, with universal screw slots compatible with both cross and flat screwdrivers. The busbar is tin-plated or bare thickened copper, and the terminal type is cage clamp or tubular screw. Standard protection rating is IP20, with an IP54 option available.
