These Allen Socket Cap Countersunk Screw Bolts are ideal for applications where a good tool appearance or wider bearing surface is desired. The screws feature a recessed internal socket drive for added strength. They have a hex drive and a flat end with machine threads. Made from heat treated alloy steel, these screws are designed for use in machinery, automotive, electronic components, and heavy equipment. The socket drive prevents slipping when installed into pre-drilled holes.
Socket screws are also known as Allen head screws or bolts, and are fastened using a hexagonal or shaped wrench, requiring a key to tighten and remove.
